With hands-on knowledge of farming and deep experience in food processing, product development, food safety, and more, Henry has a vision to drive continuous improvement for Entegra and our clients across the entire supply chain. He comes to our organization with a Ph.D. in Meat Science and Animal Production and a history as a champion of philanthropy and animal welfare. Henry previously served as a consultant to Wendy’s Quality Assurance Program, and as Chair of The Ohio State University’s Department of Animal Sciences.

That includes work at Meadowbrook Golf Group, American Golf, Green Jacket Marketing, and more. Steve holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Fordham University, and an M. Ed. In Sports Management from East Tennessee State University.

He has worked in food service since the age of 13, including roles as an NPN Expo supporter for 12 years and in leadership at the Ocean Pines Yacht and Country Club. Having helped launched Entegra’s VAST, PIM, ProCoM, and Purchasing IQ Products, Adrian also pushes technology for customers.
