Company History

In 1999 Sodexo, the parent company of entegra, acquired Ontrak, a leading provider of procurement management services in Canada. That same year, entegra Procurement Services, LLC was created to provide procurement management services to clients throughout the United States.

In September 2016, Ontrak in Canada and entegra in the United States united to become to a single organization with a focus on providing an enhanced portfolio of products and services to clients across North America.

Entegra was established to provide procurement management services for foodservice. Due to an unwavering commitment to integrity, quality, value and customer service, we have grown to service multiple segments within the industry. Today, entegra is a leading provider of procurement management services in North America for segments including Acute Care, Education, Faith-based, Hospitality, Travel, Sports & Leisure, Chain Restaurants and Seniors. 

Entegra is supported by a global supply chain that brings expertise from around the world together to ensure best procurement practices are shared and utilized globally, including North America. Our North American Supply Team includes procurement specialists that strategically source products and services to meet consumer demands and client needs in our region. We partner with innovative and forward-looking suppliers and distributors to deliver products and services that continually evolve as the industry changes and adapts to consumers of all ages.
