PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CHILDREN

 

The website is for use by adult persons who have the capacity to conclude a contract under the legislation of the country in which they are located.

We use a database to manage and monitor our relationships with existing and potential customers. This database includes the personal data of associates of our customers or other partners with whom we have a business relationship or with whom we want to establish such a relationship. These data, used only for this purpose, notably include: contact details (surname, first name, telephone number, email address, etc.), publicly accessible information, the responses to targeted emails and other information collected and recorded by our associates as part of their interactions with our customers and partners. WHERE WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

As Entegra is part of an international group, your personal data may be transmitted to internal or external recipients that are authorized to perform services on our behalf and that are located in countries outside the UK or European Union or the European Economic Area which do not offer an adequate level of personal data protection. To guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data thus transmitted, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that these data receive adequate protection, such as signing standard European Commission contractual clauses or other equivalent measures.

 

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK  and EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once We have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

In the unusual circumstance that personal data could be shared with a Sodexo group company outside UK/EEA, standard EU contractual clauses will be applied.

 

We will not disclose your personal data to any unauthorised third parties. We may disclose your personal information to authorised third parties:

•    If We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. 
•    If Entegra or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.  
•    If We are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Entegra and/or its subsidiary and associated companies, our customers, or others or to assist with regulatory or criminal investigations, to prevent physical harm or financial loss. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Data may be shared with authorised service providers, for example technical service providers hosting, maintenance, consultants. We do not authorise service providers to use or disclose your data except to the extent necessary to deliver the services on our behalf or comply with legal obligations.

You can object to us using your Personal Data for direct marketing. You can also contact us to object to how we are using your Personal Data for any other reason but we may not have to stop using it for this purpose.
