Meet Paul McArdle: New CEO of Entegra North America shares his vision for growth

We’re excited to introduce Paul McArdle as the new Chief Executive Officer of Entegra North America. With more than 30 years of industry experience and four years as Entegra’s Global Chief Operating Officer, Paul is no stranger to what drives success in hospitality-driven and foodservice businesses.
As he steps into this new leadership role, Paul shared his vision of Entegra’s future and how the company can help hospitality-driven businesses operate more efficiently and profitably.
Q: What is your vision for Entegra for the next three to five years?
“The vision is to solidify Entegra as the leading business performance improvement company across hospitality-driven industries. We don't just want to be seen as “just” a GPO—we aim to be a trusted partner that brings clients and suppliers closer together for mutual success. Our focus is on transparency, engagement, and helping both our supplier partners and clients grow. If they succeed, we succeed.”

Q: How is Entegra adapting to current supply-chain challenges?

Q: How is the future of procurement evolving?
“Entegra is moving to delivering advisory services, growth strategies, and supply chain solutions that help customers succeed long term. Procurement is part of that overall picture. That's the future we’re building at Entegra, a model where customer success is the primary goal, not just cost savings.”
Q: How would you describe your leadership style?
“My leadership style is open, transparent, and driven by a passion for growth. I believe in helping people — whether it’s a client, a team member or a supplier. Hospitality is a way of life for me. Supporting others and seeing them succeed is what motivates me each and every day.”
Q: How do you unwind from the fast-paced world of hospitality and business operations?
“In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with family and friends but even then, on weekends, you’ll often find me in a restaurant observing operations. Hospitality isn’t just my career; it’s my passion and part of my everyday life. When I’m not working, I also enjoy sport and enjoy catching a Liverpool match.”
